Statistics 3 Goodness of fit help please?

Exam board: Edexcel
Exercise 4E.q. 9.

Question: A pesticide was tested by applying it in the form of a spray to 50 samples of 5 flies. The number of dead flies after 1 hour were then counted with the following results:

No. of dead flies: 0 1 2 3 4 5
Frequency: 1 1 5 11 24 8

a) Calculate the probability that a fly dies when sprayed.

b) Using a significance level of 5%, test to see if these data could be modelled by a binomial distribution.

Please give me a straight answer for part a at least! I tried to use p = total no. of successes/number of trials x N. But I got 132/(50 x 5) = 0.528 which is wrong :/

And in part b can you please help me form the binomial, like would it be B(50, (p from part a)) ?
