Take logs of both sides

Ln h = Ln 1.5 - kn

These are natural logs "Ln" (log to base e)

So final rearrange will be

(ln h - ln 1.5)/ -k = n?

Yes but
It's probably easier to write

kn = ln 1.5 - ln h
