It's a B question from g543 forensic, and it says "Evaluate the validity of research into persuading a jury" for 15 marks. I've done Pennington and Hastie/ ecological validity and now i need to do a paragraph on the validity of the Broeder study but i can't use ecological validity again because i won't get the marks :L PLEASE HELP, thanks in advance Image

Looking at my notes there isn't much info on validity in this section but this is what my notes refer to:

Pennington + Hastie:
Validity - uses controls which enhances validity as they used the same 39 pieces of evidence for the defendant and the prosecution and so the results will only be effected by the order of the evidence rather than the evidence itself.
Ecological validity : + uses structure of a real trial e.g. defence, prosecution
- only a mock trial so participants may not have acted in the same way as in a real trial

Yale Model of Persuasion:
none

Broeder - EV: + sample on real jury service
- mock jury were listening to tapes so not like a real trial

Isn't much help sorry but yeah thats what I've got here
