Advanced Higher History Dissertation

I have wrote around half of my dissertation for history and it still needs a lot of work. I will need to finish it during these Easter holidays. My teacher has not been a good help at all and I'm stressing out about it. I haven't seen any sample dissertations and she has been very vague about how it is supposed to be. Is anyone else writing their dissertation right now? What is your topic/title? How far finished are you and how did you find it?
My title is 'How popular were the Meiji reforms?'
