Taxable unearned income on property ?

Hi, I'm applying for SF for 2014/15.

Hi there

It would only come under unearned income if you received any money for it such as rent. As this isn't the case you don't need to declare it so it won't affect the grant application.

HI thanks for your reply Mark, so I dont need to tick the box saying I receive taxable unearned income?

Hi there.

This is correct - unless you have any other sources of taxable unearned income you have not mentioned, you do not need to tick this box in your application for student finance.
