Okay, so we should actually have 2000 kilocalories a day?

How could you get it wrong after linking to it?? A calorie (in normal usage, as in a kilocalorie) is about 4.2 kJ.

Does it really matter?
- Ive never looked at a lable of a food product to look up the calorie content.
- Its common sence! Any proper jam rollie-bloody-polly is going to be stuffed with calories, there made of 90% fat and suger, of coarse its high in calloires!
- And if it isnt, then its going to be full of crap, taste like it, and be sold as "health"!

Do you need a lable to tell you that?

And good for you. I hope its nice, and you enjoy it.
- You should feel guilty eating somthing nice from time to time.
- Infact, i aim to always eat things that are nice, always.
- And you should feel guitly about eating a jamrollypolly from time to time eather.
- If you do, its proberbly becuase you've eaten to much pudding lately, and deep down inside you know that, and you know in bad for you and your health/figure.
- In which case, done eat it! Save it for anther day. And make that dissiosion without the aid of a thread on TSR!! OMG.

It's label by the way, and I do need to know how many calories there are as I count them - I'm on a 500 calorie a day diet.

Look, my only fault is going from 112 - 119lbs! Also, this calorie counting is also to help my organisation skills and self control - it will help in the long run too!

Btw, I am sorry to hear you are dyslexic, I have a friend who is also dyslexic in my math set.

I like jam rollypolly and I can live off a 1/4 portion alone each day - it's very filling. What's the point in eating lot's of healthy crap, when you can eat a little bit of junk instead.
Anyway, I'm eating lots of fruit and veg, but I'm not counting those calories as they burn off easily.

Sorry, i guess its not entirly fair to pick on you, and if caloie counting is helping you to sort out your selfcontrol, i guess thats not all bad.
- I had go and google how many stones in a pound to, to figure out how your acctally talking about. doh! (your losing half a stone, to get back to 8, right..)

Good luck with that, although im sure you look great at 8.5 stone anyway!
- If it makes you feel any better, im about 12, i think? But then i am 6ft2 and a bloke...

Also, theres really no need to feel sorry for me being dyslexic. Its part of me, who i am, and im quite happy with that.
- Sure it can be a pain in the ass somtimes, mainly when nitt-picking people, who dont understand pick me up on it, becuase they think its eather big and clever, or helpfull, or somthing
