How to stay motivated during revision?

The dawn of exams are quickly approaching but, despite this failing to give me a kick up the backside, I simply cannot get my head down and study.

Of course I'd like to do well and achieve my target grades (7A*s and 4A), I've even managed to create a revision timetable, however when it comes to the act of studying itself I simply lose interest and regret that I didn't revise.

Any advice on how you lot convinced yourselves to remain focused and commit to revision. Anything at all, I'm pretty desperate.
