What is the effect of including anomalies when calculating results...fir example in the spearman rank.

I included it and it still showed the sane pattern if I didn't include it..do what can I say about the effect of it?
Well, anomalies are results that are obviously wrong. If you include them in calculations, the result you calculate will be further away from the true value. It doesn't matter if the pattern is the same, the actual result will be less accurate. I don't know what specification you're doing but it's perfectly within the realms of possibility that you will be penalised for not excluding anomalies in calculations.
