If you want to go into nursing, does it matter if you have a tattoo? if you have one and are training to be a nurse have you ever had a problem?

Only if it could be deemed offensive. A lot of nurses have tattoos without problems. Piercings are a different matter.

Thankyou for the help my tattoo is easily hidden anyway, what piercings would be a problem?

Anything visible except for a single stud in each ear is the general rule
