Just a fun little thread to see what the TSR weighlifter's maxes are.

Example: I can bench 95kg, 1 rep. I can curl 55kg, 3 reps and I can deadlift 150kg, 1 rep.

You can post other specifics, like your height or weight if ya want

You know benching more than you squat is bad, right?

Also there's a sticky thread on this already, it's 24 pages long so presumably had lots of folks lifts to go compare with

Squat: 200
Bench (paused): 135
Deadlift: 200
Press: 90
Cheat Curl: 80

Can't hit dead and haven't hit dead for well over a year because I have a hurtie lower body and am weak. Current max is in the 160 region.

Bodyweight obviously varies a lot but I recently weighed in at a powerlifting competition at 81.5kg.

Squat - 205 kg
Bench - 100 kg
Deadlift - 255 kg

Since people seem to be throwing other stuff in I'm also going to add:
Clean and press - 85 kg
Chins - 18 reps

I smell a bro. Work on your legs.

Mine (all calculated sadly)

Deadlift 169
Squat 150 (also unfortunately a smith squat as no access to power rack - proper would be lower)
Bench 84

Squat: 160kg
Bench: 115kg (although that wasn't even close to a 1RM attempt. Calculated (lols) is 125kg
Deadlift: 200kg

They were all quite a while ago and I don't max out any more as it isn't conducive to my goals, so who knows these days. They could be slightly lower, although they're probably slightly higher.

Look at the size of your leg muscles to chest and triceps... now consider what should move the most weight to still be in proportion. All well and good you having a nice upper body but if your legs look like **** in shorts you look ridiculous, the term chicken legs was coined for this very reason
