Hey people, its Easter revision session and most people are revising like crazy, I am trying to (attempting to) aswell. I drink redbull quite regularly when i revise (after I have done 3-4hrs) to get the last bit of revision out of my in the day. How many redbull's a week though on average to you guys consume and what is a safe amount on a weekly basis to drink. (BTW I know the downsides of drinking redbull... I guess I value my grades highly enough I risk gaining diabetes lol)

Great, thanks slightly reassuring as I only need to stick to the drinks for the next month solid due to my AS exams!

I've never noticed any positive or negative side effects when using energy drinks to study, I guess it doesn't work for me :dontknow:

I was feeling a bit sleepy earlier and had an apple, some water and then some ice-cream - I felt pretty good afterwards!
