Character Reference

I need a character reference from someone that has known me for five years and is in a professional job!! having a little bit of trouble, i know someone that is a dental nurse, is that a professional job???

Yes it is. Anyone who is a position of responsibility is also good.

A professional job is one which is a profession. Not a temporary job, or something part time. It's often a job that needs qualifications or some training.

So a dental nurse counts.

A dental nurse is a registered profession, so should be fine. I have provided references for several people using my registration - including passports. Obviously you should double check with the person requesting the reference if possible, however there are no reasons why not.
