Hi Mark,

On September 2014, it will be 3 years that i am living in the United Kingdom.
My first question is:

Will i be considered as a migrant worker again? or a U.K student? (for my 14-15 academic year- top up degree)

My second question is:

Will i have to work 15 hours per week in order to get my student finance or more? or maybe not working at all?

Please can you clarify it for me Mark. Thanks a lot

Hi Amar

To be classed as home student you need to have been living in the UK for 3 years prior to the start of your course, so you would be staying as a migrant worker until your course was finished. We have a dedicated team you can contact for further queries such as working hours. Please contact them directly on [email protected].

Thanks

Therefore, if i came in the U.K on the 15/09/2011 and my course start on the 01/09/2014, i would be staying as a migrant worker until the end of my course, is that right Mark?

Thanks
