i actually think Park Ji-Sung could turn out to be a good cheapish buy hes the type of player that will work his socks off as well! i saw him play quite a few times an hes produced so nice stuff

Well Ferguson never replaced Stam till splashing out for Ferdinand (though I think hes slightly over rated). Only replaced Cantona on a long term basis with Rooney last season and let's not even talk about Schmichael. The idea that these kinds of top players cant be replaced is a bit farcical as Liverpool constantly replaced top players every few years during the 60s-80s. Certainly finding a replacement for Keane will probably be Ferguson's hardest task in a while.

nearly did it though with the likes of poyet, flo, zola, dennis "the stupid midget" wise (zola's quote, not mine!) etc
