My sentiments exactly... not to mention Gerrard, Ronaldinho, Xavi, Henry... this list is endless.
Not for Xavi really because their was no formal bid for him, just contact. Henry wouldn't suit Chelsea's style anyway IMO.

The main reason why Chelsea couldnt buy whoever they want is because some players still have sense and realise playing on a wage above 50k a week for a club they love is better than playing for another club offering 100k a week. I didnt doubt Gerrard for one moment so was very surprised when he put in a transfer request but was glad to see it withdrawn. There are too many greedy players these days and it doesnt help when they all have an agent trying to make huge money themselves. Ashley Cole is a good example, he was dillusioned by the money he could get which was a lot to do with his **** of an agent. I'm still undecided about him, sort of wish he had left

Probably not, but it's worth a try.

I thought he was really good. He was pretty decent on CM as well, but for some reason they called him Kique (or something).

I can't wait until La Liga starts. I want to see Robinho in action! Have you seen him play?

Yeah I seem to have seen all of them before. I've got about 20 videos of South American football taped off early morning Channel4/5. He'd be brilliant in La Liga, but I don't think he's adaptable enough to play well in Serie A or The Premiership.

Yeah I don't even remember him much really. Took his time filing a law suit.

Definitely not Serie A, but for the premiership he could be adaptable

Yes. She was kidnapped from a family bbq. He's desperate to get out of Brazil because he doesn't feel he or his family are safe there
