Liverpool Legends XI 3 - 2 Hollyoaks XI.

Grobelaar (erratic goakeeper to rival Calamity James) scored, running from one side of the pitch to the other! Jan Molby, Phil Neal, Alan Kennedy, David Fairclough and Michael Thomas also featured.

It is. And Adu is younger, probably will be better than Essien and if we hurry up and buy Adu he'll fit the UEFA requirement too. Plus I think he'll be a cheaper buy too, probably £6m or something like that.
One Ghanian for another

(Original post by fernando)
+ i think Adu's a forward, not another midfielder and who knows Adu could be that player Mourinho's looking for up front
he's an attacking midfielder

I'd represent the British Isles if there was ever a team like that in football. Though nationality is based on human-made concepts and as such nationality isn't anything big for me to be honest.

I always thought he was an AMC, damn footy manager!

Adu is a Ghanian and always will be, just like I sure Vinnie Jones thinks of himself as English, but was desperate to play international football, so played for Wales via some obsecure link with he's Grandfather

Or sees himself as British so is happy to represent any national side within the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. :p:

Maybe, nationality is still important to me though, but I can understand why Adu would represent the USA over Ghana
