What about Dalian Atkinson vs Wimbledon, 1992. Dribbled pretty much the whole pitch and then chipped the goalie. Sublime!

Speaking of the football league, I saw that Wigan v Ipswich game (at Christmas time ish) and there was a 40 yard lob or something. That was one of the best league goals last season IMO.

I agree. When Arsenal and Chelsea were lightweights. And now look at Nottingham Forest, two time European Cup winners. Freaky. :eek: Still, no Leeds in the Premiership and Blackburn knocked back a lot.

Well Wenger said he is looking to wrap up a deal very soon and it could be as soon as today. At the moment Sebastien Viera is at the top of the list.

Who's in goal for Arsenal in the FA Community Shield? I heard Lehmann is suspended and Almunia is injured so who does that leave? Or is this false information which the papers like to play with?

Yeah I heard about him. Have read mixed opinions about him. Just you have a game this Sunday so Viera might not make that.
