Who's in goal for Arsenal in the FA Community Shield? I heard Lehmann is suspended and Almunia is injured so who does that leave? Or is this false information which the papers like to play with?
Jens will start. He only has a suspension in Europe. Almunia might even start as sub aswell if we dont get anyone in.

Ah I was wondering on this. If he had a domestic suspension too then I would have thought Wenger would have made more of a rush for Viera by now.

Keep Reyes! He's brilliant. He may be lazy, i don't know, but he's undoubtedly class.
Reyes is one of those players that I call "ordinary" but could be "extraordinary". Reyes seriously has it in him to be one of the best strikers in the world but because of his lax attitude he is merly a good player. He's not like Henry, Bergkamp or even Van Persie in his flourishes. These players work their arses for ever ball, and will constantly think creatively with the ball, thats what make these players excellent. Reyes on the other hand has all the skill required to be an excellent player except he won't work hard in the way the other three do, and instead of blaming it on his own lazy self he'll blame in on the team as a whole.

Yeah, but it's not like we were challenged defensively in that time either. It must be difficult to lift yourself for a game that you're expected to win, when you already have a two goal lead from the first leg. Actually, it was when Lord Cisse came on, then a bit more again when Gerrard joined him. Gerrard and Cisse were the most lively players, but they had been sitting and watching the most dire game ever. They were looking in from the outside for about 70 mins being bored out of their skulls, they knew they had to do something while everyone else was coasting.
Cisses goal was magical

Personally I dont agree with you. I think he is far from lazy. In terms of effort he puts in I would definately put him above above Bergkamp and probably Henry who I would class lazy at times. Jose chases down and runs for a lot of balls. I cant pinpoint the reason why he has underperformed as I think he is a huge talent. To some degree I think its because of the physical side of the English game. Admittedly he gets fouled a lot but tends to get disheartened due to his weak physique. I think he has been unlucky but believe he can recapture the form he showed in the first 7 games of last season, he was on fire. I reckon he could have a great year but seeing him particualy in the Amsterdam tournament I wasnt impressed. Another problem is that of which is his best position. I think he needs to settle as either a winger or a striker (I think he could be a class striker but needs to bulk up a bit) With a bit of confidence he could play a big role this year but personally I would start with Van Persie and Henry in attack and Hleb over him in midfield.

Indeed it was. I thought he was gonna fluff it, cost his leg was at a funny angle, but then he flicked it back and guided the ball in. I think when they patched him up, they added another joint to his leg

I'd agree with that. There seems to be a rivalry here with Liverpool fans here with Chelsea but it's certainly not as strong as what I've noticed in reality.

The only real team that should have issues with Chelsea is Fulham if you're talking about locational rivalry. However because of Chelsea's manipulation of the transfer market you'll find that most major sides have a problem with Chelsea, as (I hate to admitt it) with all their big bucks they seem to be an extremely dangerous threat for every trophy, although my gunners, are out there to stop you. Plus 'Pool fans on here probabaly also have an added bit of rivalry with you due to them knocking you out of the CL, and then Jose indignant quote of *in a snotty stuck up voice* "the best team lost". And you personally NDGAARONDI didn't help the matter when at half -time of the CL final you stated that "Liverpool were disgracing England, and that Chelsea wouldn't have done that"

There is a little rivalry with Fulham but it's not all that anymore, just ask Slice'N'Dice. Many better teams don't win, we all know that, just look at the FA Cup last season.

I saw the game. Yes your signature is big enough. I hope the game tomorrow will be of a similar nature, in terms of rivalry, like the 0-0 draw at Stamford Bridge last season because I dislike the pizzagate with Arsenal and Man Utd. That may surprise you.
