I have emerged from my bed-ridden state (I've got pneumonia - funny story - actually nearly died and was in hospital for a week) to tell you what Newcastle Chairman Freddy Shepherd said in tonight's Northern Echo.

Apparently, if Anthony wins Big Brother, the club are going to parade him round the city in an open top bus and lock him in the trophy cabinet for a year. True story.

It's difficult to say. Not Liverpool because they've won it enough times and other honours too, Arsenal have done it before, Man Utd have had their turn in glory, don't like Blackburn and don't have anything against the rest really (even Fulham and Spurs). I would like to see Everton win the Premiership because they are underachievers (with problems out of their control) and Bolton because of Sam Allardyce's great achievements since being appointed (plus they could rough up a few feathers of CL teams with their style of play).

The Barclays Premiership kicks off in less than an hour and Manchester United and Everton is going to play. I think and hope that Man United is going to win.

I had a nightmare that Everton beat United 3-2 on aggregate! I freaked out but then realised it's probably a champions league :rolleyes:

I hope my dream doesn't come true (not the champions league part but the part were everton beat us :smile:
