But they're not going to be playing there if they're other wise engaged in other positions/drug scandals. The way I see it, out of your current squad, you should be playing Silvestre LB, O'Shea RB, Ferdinand and Brown CB. Neville's apparently don't hold much of a place in the hearts of Man U fans. Is Brown really good enough though? Surely a new first choice centre back would appear sensible?
Here we have Phil Neville, jack-of-all-trades and a perfect squad member. And Gary Neville, the country's top right-back, one of our most consistent performers this season. I for one value the Nevilles and I'm sure anyone in the know about football would do the same. As for Brown, he is getting better, and the only way we will know if he's good enough is if we try and find out.

Good.

At least we have a chance of not being bottom London side in the league this season!

Come on you Spurs!

Why you guys so certain that palace willl go straight back down? anyways it doesnt matter palace its in the premiership theyll be around 30 million pounds better off than if they are stuck in div 1, so its still a gd achievement to be back in the premiership

Because IMO they just aren't good enough with the players they have. They'll have to do some serious purchasing over the summer...
oh yea agree with you there - theyll have to buy alot of new players in the summer

wonder if anyone will ever break that record? also if anyone will ever survive after being bottom at xmas? we (ipswich) came so close to beating it, despite only having 9 points (yes, nine!) at xmas.
i know its mean, but west ham not going up makes me feel slightly happier (thats not the word really - less depressed i think is what i was looking for). i so hope norwich get relegated & palace stay up - dowie seems a decent bloke.

I was working at the game today, in the West Ham section. They didn't seem too happy. What's with the song about bubbles though?

Hargreaves hints he wants a move to the Premiership. Midfielder anyone?
(He's stated Liverpool and Arsenal as preferences)

Beattie says he'd like to go to Newcastle...

Carlton Cole refuses to return to Charlton (part of the Scott Parker deal was that Cole would spend two seasons on loan at the Valley) and is looking to move to another Premiership club.

We'll take him.

Arsenal won't want him, Liverpool probably won't either.

So we'll have him.

Arsenal have been interested in the past.

As a United fan I'm interested too.
