That's right. Shame Wimbledone existed 10 years earlier. Would love to see them rough up soft teams like Arsenal.
I like watching football.

Ronaldinho has been named the World Player of the year with a huge margin, ahead of Frank Lampard (2nd) and Samuel Eto'o (3rd)

Wenger should manage Real Madrid. Clearly the physical English side to the game is not to his liking.
What so elbowing players in the face and sliding in making high tackles is ok then? Maybe Maurinho should manage the Chelsea Permier Leaugue or perhaps he already does?

I'm pretty sure this was the case with Arsenal a few years back as was the case with Man Utd before then.
Can you come up with examples? I certainly dont remember one of our players commiting herendous tackles and getting away with just a single yellow or getting away with nothing and teams scoring legitamate goals against us getting an offisde ruling.

Another blinkered arsenal fan. When he was playing more, DENNIS BERGKAMP was horrendously, clinically dirty. Not the knee high challenges like essien, but with flailing elbows and conspicuously standing on players, trying to make it look accidental. He always seemed to get away with it too.

He does have a darkside to him since his ability dropped but he always got picked up on it. The FA have given him a few bans on incidents that were missed by the referee.

When foreign players act dirty on the football field they are the devil's child.

When Alan Shearer kicks Neil Lennon in the head or elbows his way to another header he's just being "passionate"

Shearer is a prick, he can't even take what he dishes out when he moaned constantly about getting bashed by some grimsby player in the face.

Thats true, he was a bit hypocritical there

... but its Shearer! He on us the title and the rovers matches he played in from 92-95 have kept me hooked ever since. I can't dislike the guy for long
