Who knows. Who would have thought Everton last season, having escaped relegation the season before, achieve 4th spot?
Fingers crossed that its any team but Arsenal

bolton fans are also looking at fourth place aswell

Joey Bartons goal was one of the best i seen all season, pure class.
Im starting to like ManC, Pearce is a sound guy hope he does well

Villa  what they playing at ? we have struggled with a pen taker since Yorke left, cost us 4 points thus far, it needs sorting imo Phillips should be the man when on the field. But to be fair performance wise we didnt deserve a point.

Did Flamini escape a card for an attempted two-footed tackle in the Bolton match?
Flamini did escape a card and was extremely lucky. I'm a bit annoyed at Wenger for dismissing the challenge as 'he never made contact with Gardner' whereas he was keen on seeing (i forgot who now) punished for the 2-footed challenge on Reyes which broke his foot moments earlier. That's just such a Fergie thing to say
I like my Arsenal honest and deserving of any punishment.

Like Allardyce said at the final whistle; 'the art of defending has gone right out of the window in the modern game'. Couldn't agree more.

We'll see if Essien does a two-footed tackle and never makes contact with Flamini and see what Wenger says about that.

Essien doesnt know how not to make contact with a two footed tackle. Absolute scum of the earth player

Turns out Paletta's now ours after all, signed up for 4 years and will start in the summer. Bloody hell, another 6'3er. Tallest team in the prem, possibly?

Complete ****. What is the point in having officials? They just make the wrong decisions anyway, ****ing disgraceful. Multi-million sport, players paid over 100k a week and you have idiots in charge. 3 disgraceful decisions and liverpool can count themselves as very very lucky.
Incident 1: Adebayor played through on goal 1 on 1, clearly onside, gets past Dudek about to put it in the goal and somehow its offside
Incident 2: Morientes dives and the useless Poll gives a penalty. Justice was done.
Incident 3: Ljunberg goes through on goal 1 on 1 and somehow is offside when he was clearly onside.

Not to mention numerous other decisions that went against us. Diabolical imo

Poll's an arse, but we deserved the win regardless. We were all over you, and had it not been for Lehmann it'd have been 6. We were fired up, you couldn't string 3 passes. End of.

It's not end of. You were the better team but you didnt deserve to win. We had 3 different incidents of injustice. If they had been ruled correctly then we would have won.
