That's called physics.
so if the ball had been travelling at 10ms^-1 slower, and the impulse mv-mu of the post had not been so much then the ball wouldnt have hit the keepers cylindrical head causing the ball to rebound conserving energy and momentum?

nah i wouldnt call it luck at all! he hit it aimed to score, and achieved it. Yes there is certain element of luck, but so does every shot. This back heel requires precision of power and placement!

If Italy win, and Sweden and Denmark draw, who will go up? Will it go on goal difference?

On ITV they just showed footage showing that Zidane vomitted just before taking the penalty against England, it was pretty disgusting but also amazing that he scored such a great penalty just after throwing up, he must have been feeling awful. Had anybody else seen this before?

Sweden will definitely go through. Then it's between Italy and Denmark for the 2nd place. It goes on goal difference. Italy therefore have to score at least 3 goals (and concede none) to go through.

what if denmark draw 1-1 with sweden, then italy beat bulgaria 2-0?

i think that would make denmark scored 3 conceded one
and italy scored 3 conceded one

WHAT WOULD HAPPEN THEN??!!

I tried to answer that question earlier, but noone answered.
Hmmm, number of freekicks? Number of penalties? Toss of a coin? Penalty shootout to be arranged? Has this happened before? If so, what happened?

Rooney and Everton are playing it clever. Rooney signs a long term deal and makes out he wants to stay with Everton for a long time. However both sides know it is in the best interests for him to be sold for BIG BUCKS.

Woulds clubs pay a massive fee for him if he only had a year or two left on his contract? NO

I was going to mention alphabetical, but I too thought that it would be too mean.

The reason why the final group games are played at the same time is so that no team has the unfair advantage of knowing what they have to do in order to get through. It had happened previously with one team (either already out or through), playing another team who needed a 1:0 victory to get through. That team got the goal, and then the game was played like a stupid game, with noone bothering to attack or anything. Totally fixed. Was shown on world cup's greatest moments or something.
