Well it's only about 2% of your transfer budget, so I'd go for it.

Lol, it keeps going up and up.
I think its a risk. He hasn't proven himself yet, but does have the potential to be a great player. If he keeps up with the wicked performances he was delivering towards the end of last season, then that will be definetly worth it. But at the moment, imo, i'd say he was worth 18 million max.

Why the f**k would Chelsea want to fork out over 25m pounds for that Marseille forward Drogbea or whatever his name is.

NO WAY is he worth that much, over 10m pounds would be taking the mick as it is.

Crespo has passed it, he wont get a look in at AC Milan. This is the start of the end for him.
Chelsea should have tried harder to sell him, cus his value will just plumit this season.

-------------Cech--------------

Ferreira---Terry---Gallas---Bridge
------------Makelele------------

----Duff-----------------Robben

------------Lampard------------

-------Kezman-----Drogba-------

this is what i think the Chelsea team will be like for the moment...itll change cus well make new signings, our team is just too small atm, after selling about 10 players. The above kinda works, but duff playing right wing is abit dodgy because he plays basically the same position as robben...hmm

Is Drogba a definite then?
Wat Chelski really need is a good right Winger!!
Otherwise that above looks mighty impressive. Though i think Cudicini is better than Cech.
Ya can't really keep Duff on the right. So Duff to United.

lol its abit dodgy....are there any ways that we can keep Duff and Robben both on the team sheet? for all i know, robben plays very wide....maybe we can have 4 midfielders flat so Duff can play Central Left Midfield...but then Makelele cant play..
... or can makelele play the same position like viera plays for arse?

Robben changed wings with Van der Meyde during Euro 2004, so he can play on both the left and right wings.

Duff also did the same lasts season, swapping with Geremi and Gronkjaer.

Has anybody been watching the Copa America? I watched my first game today, it wasn't exactly awe-inspiring although it was Chilie and Costa Rica playing. Alothough I must say that Costa Rica have improved massively since the 2002 world cup
