Yes, but i doubt it'll be 30 million
I would literally hunt down Steve McClaren and gauge out his eyes if what it says in that report is true and we end up swapping him for Phil Neville

surely there would have to be some money involved in that at least (going in boro's direction)....and even if there was, it wouldn't be worth it!

Seriously though, if it was just cash it would have to be over £10M, or certainly the fans would settle for no less. Maybe with Phil Neville you'd knock £3M or so off so that still leaves more money than Man Utd seem to have.

Schwarzer's going there at the end of the season anyway, if paper talk is to be believed again (his contract's up)

mc_watson, is female soccer allowed to be discussed here, or should we make our own thread? I've alread made one for the other girls out there who play, but just so that you don't think I'm being 'discriminatory', I thought I'd ask you in this thread too.
Sure this thread is for anything football related, of course womens footies allowed

Oh, ok cool

I just wanted to check to see if it was alright. I like the Matildas, they're not only extremely talented, sexy, but Ausssie too Champs.

Out of guys teams, (and non-Aussie teams, cos *note to self* you're on TSR UK, here) I'd probably say I'd barack for Man U - my 2nd cousin twice removed is Mancunian, so obviously I'm no glory supporter, but they're OK. Talented.

jenas is expected to be beckham's replacement tonight, after playing RM in a training match: http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/foot...ls/3736356.stm

i don't really know what to make of it....i thought wright-phillips would be a great choice to fill in for becks- he's already shown what he can do this season (with england as well), whereas i have been less impressed with jenas

It's funny how Michael Owen so often comes up to get England out of trouble. No matter how bad a mess they are in.
