Just, to remind everyone that Leeds are coming back into the limelight with a 3-1 thrashing of the best team in the best league in england this year...

1) It was intentional. No matter what anyone says about the incident, or however many times i look at replays, i won't change my mind on that. He leant in towards Gallas as he was running, and deliberately butted him in the back of the head.

2) Gallas is a fag and went down like a pansy. Beattie was right, there was hardly any contact at all. If that happened to me, and i play centre back, i would never go down for that. He should have been booked for it. It's not good for the game.

3) Nice to see Moyes has changed his opinion and been honest about it. I'm sick of managers never seeing incidents with there players, and it's good he is willing to admit it was a red card offence.

4) Although the new rule will only apply to the Champions League/Uefa cup it will effect squads for the Premieship. Teams won't be able to afford to keep there normal squad, then have extra 'Home-grown' players for those competitions seperate. These players will have to be incorporated into the teams first team squad, so effectively it will lower the number of foreigners in the squad.

5) Have a good time wherever you are AFI.

Oh and all those Everton fans who cry out for injustice, just bear in mind what Southampton and Norwich fans will say. Chelsea were lucky sure, and so have Arsenal against Chelsea. It happens.

Plenty of defenders do this.
...When the ball is in playing distance... which it was not for Gallas...

Chelsea are hypocritical fools and would not sack Gudjohnsen.

I saw the original post! :p:

I have to agree that Gallas was quite guilty in the incident. The ball was not within playing distance so therefor it is infact obstruction. Plus he went down like a sack of sh*t.

What a French ponce.

a) alcohol is not an illlegal substance unlike cocaine and is not tested by anti doping organisations therefore no FA ban
b) chelsea would probably fine Gudjohnsen a weeks wages or something, plus if he misses training = bigger fine
c) i read somewhere that fines issued by the chelsea camp are actually given to charities
