Didn't Ferguson alson turn down Henry when he was at Monaco.

Anyone watch Real - Barcelona. Amazing match!! Well down Barcelona. Inevitable result really though. Real got 1 up but then Kliuvert scoring after 1 and half minutes of being on. Ronaldinho pure class as normal. Beautiful little chip to set up the 2nd.

That's true only have to look at Tottenham as an example of this.
True to some extent, although Ledley King, Steven Carr and Simon Davies have all developed into very good (if inconsistant) players.

In a brothel, with £20 notes sticking out of his ears.
Lol. Not quite, just a header into an open net from 2 yards out, unchallenged.

So he didn't resort to rape this time.

Sol Campbell: not as good as Terry or Woodgate, its a mystery why nobody questions his guaranteed England place. Discuss.
Would be racist to drop him or something...

True, although he has a physicallity that neither of them can match. Rio and Terry would probbaly be the best combo. King on the bench .

Sol has never let England down and has been consistent for years now. Terry should partner him. Woodgate even though it pains me to say it shouldn't be in the team as he hasn't played consistently well for long spells as he is consistently getting injured the whole time.

I had thunk about that, but that can't be right, can it?
Explains Heskey don't it!

One disadvantage of Terry is he's slow.

He doesn't seem to play the sort of way where he'd get caught out for pace much, i.e. always in the right place at the right time.
bit like tony adams

Yes, but not that slow.
Ahem! Adams was the best defender in the country in his day! And even then he was playing pissed off his tits!

Terry is a lot like Adams, especially the way he attacks in corners. If you remember how Adams made Shearer's goal in the Euro 96 semi, notice that Terry always does that.

PFA Player of the Year: Thierry Henry (all in wide agreement I assume).
PFA Young Player of the Year: Scott Parker (not Terry or Toure?!)

Your thoughts?

Bull****. On both counts. Gerrard and Terry is what it should have been.
