A little help here Literature peoples - was Walter Scott a Romantic writer?

I'm writing an essay and want to basically make the point that the tensions between nature and culture were still being felt in the Victorian period when writers like Tennyson and Morris were composing their Arthurian works. I know that Scott's Arthuriana was a big influence for both of them, and want to know if Scott might have been considered a Romantic writer.

thank you I ended up using the idealisation of nature in Yeats and Carlyle's Celticism and the 'paint from nature, and only nature' doctrine of the pre-raphaelites instead. Less directly Arthurian, but still relevant I guess.

Coming along fairly well! Only a couple of hundred words left. To allow myself space I decided just to look at Tennyson rather than Tennyson and Morris. Word counts and all that
