Aldi Area Manager Graduate Scheme
Hi,
I've just been invited to a group interview for the AM Graduate Scheme with Aldi - just wondering if anyone has been through the process (successfully or unsuccessfully!) and could give me an idea of what lies ahead. I applied ages ago so the email came out of the blue, but I'm quite excited. I've been out of uni (masters) for 18months, currently manager of a busy coffee shop.
No specifics obviously as per rules! Just a general gist of the process.
