can somebody tell me how to do the first part of q4 please?
I put m=2, and solved for 2. On the mark scheme the 250 just disappears and idk why

Don't draw a triangle. You should know some ideintities involving tan and cosec.

You can use a right angled triangle with the side opposite A = 2 units and the side adjacent =1 unit
So what length is the hypotenuse?
Then you can write down the ratios of all the angles.
