Textbook or revision guides

I only have roughly one month and a half left till my science exams so i was just wondering should i use the actuall text book to revise from or the revision guides and please say why???
I use both, but my science teacher pointed out that the revision guides aren't completely accurate and they don't go into too much detail, so I think a textbook would be better. I use GCSE Bitesize too, and Youtube has some videos which might be useful.

I don't know which exam board you're using, but this guy has some useful videos for Chemistry:

Good Luck
I think you should use the revision guides for revision - they break everything down to the bare basics, while textbooks are very wordy. They're fine when first learning the topic, but for revision, use the books that specifically say they're for revision!
