Can sperm make hair grow?

My hair has fallen out/thinned quite a bit. I read somewhere online that rubbing jizzm in your hair or re-absorbing it can make hair grow/grow back.

A friend also told me something similar some years back about rubbing it on your body to get hair. I rubbed it on my stomach and it is now quite hairy despite me having very little hair anywhere else on my body.

Does anyone think this is true or just a load of BS?

The thing I dont get with it is regarding showering - is it supposed to be left in for a while or can you rub it in then shower. I dont want to try it right now as I only showered a few hours ago
