New Class

In the middle + lower school (i.e. years 7 to 11) our school only has boys. But in sixth form (i.e. year 12 + 13) we get about 60 girls compared to the 150 boys (yes, I know it's weird). In my form next year (a form is your main class, the one you have registration with and stuff), there are 3 new girls. How do you think I should go about becoming friends with them? What would be the best introduction that doesn't seem too intense but is instead welcoming? And most importantly, what could we talk about on like the first day?

Be natural. Planning what you will say in advance is not natural! Try hello and not treating them like a different species...
Just because they're in your form doesn't mean you have to go out of your way to be friends with them. Just let things happen...a good ice breaker is asking what courses they're doing. Its usually a good convo starter!

yer - i found it a bit wierd at 1st when i moved from all boys to mixed school, but it'll be fine. it's gonna b more freaky for them - being the minority moving into a school where there are groups of blokes who have been mates for years. it's the usual arguement my mum uses with me about spiders "they'll be more scared of you than you are of them..."
be natural. dont push it or something.
you know the school right? and they dont? so i guess if you like see them trying to figure out what classroom is where you could helpthem? tell them the little quriks bbout the teachers. whatto look out for etc.
be friendly, smile, but dont push it...
like dont hold a monologue and bore them.lol.
if they seem interested theyll talk back and yay you have a convo =D
With loads of boys and only 3 girls, they are going to get some much attention. If i where you, i would be freindly, and talk to them but odnt start chasing them around trying ot befreind them.

You have freinds you have known for years so dont ditch them at lunco to talk to some girl you dont even know, and dont 'appear out of knowhere' to start talking to this girl at every oppertunity as if your best freinds, like i said be freindly but dont take too much notice of them, if you get on well then you can start bieng better freinds (or more, if thats what you where talking about, but you certainly wont achive this by bothering her 24/7, i actualy made this mistake once)
