Yeah, I was just curious to know, as I'm 22 now, and wanted to know at what age a man physically stops growing. Obviously I know after 21 you don't grow much in height, but I'm talking about bones/muscles.

So yeah, I was interested to know, at what age do a man's muscles/bones stop growing?

Bone density continues to develop until 25 I think. This is when you will be at your peak in terms of physical fitness if you do lots of activity at all ages. 25-30 is when you'll not develop considerably more but this isn't based on any science particularly.

Physically, men reach their peak mid/late twenties, so there's still time OP, just make the most of what youve got.

In terms of fitness your peak should be in your late twenties.

In terms of muscle mass i think you can pretty much keep piling it on forever theoretically.
