just eat normally but go out jogging or play football or something.

Diets are a stupid way of losing weight and most people just put it right back on again.

The best diet is a balanced healthy diet with exercise included each day. None of this faddy crash diets milarkey, because as soon as you come to the end of the crash diet you're back to square one and those sorts of huge changes are no good for your body. Your body requires balance.

Eat a balanced diet and exercise regularly. None of this no carb nonsense, you need a bit of everything. When you exercise, your body releases endorphins which play a part in elevating your mood so, if you want to be happier, exercise more!

Vitamin tablets - i swear by them (i dont care if its a placebo effect, they make me happy)
Water - If you dont drink enough water you get all lazy and depressed
Exercise - Makes you feel more active, sleep better, generally happier
