In your travels or cultures, what is the most unorthodox thing you have eaten? How was it?

Kangaroo.

Now I often eat Kangaroo steaks which are lush. So many people think its weird when its actually very nice.

A Chinese friend made chicken cooked in a pig's stomach. It smelled really really nice, did not taste so good. :no:
