Big exercise ball thingy.....

I have just found a big silver inflatable ball in the loft which is used for exercise. Does anyone know where i can get hold of any instructions on what exercises to do/what effects it will have on me/how to do it correctly?

Btw, i do not even know what it is called... any help on the name as well? Thats why i cant google it :redface:

Swiss exercise ball, swiss ball, there are a few names for it I think but those should bring you some results on google. You'll easily find some exercise instructions :smile:
