    Hi all,

Yesterday I received a conditional offer of admission to the LLM at LSE, like my twin sister had received a couple of weeks earlier. However, I was classified as an overseas student while she was classified as a home student (even though she has lived here for LESS time than me). No idea why, but there you go. I should be a home student as I have lived in the UK for four years this time around, am a British citizen and moved here for family reasons. I've also had offers from Durham and King's, both of which classified me as a home student.

I'm afraid that if I am successfully reclassified as a home student by LSE, my offer may be revoked. Does anyone know if this could actually happen / have you known anyone who has been in this situation?

Your offer will have been made on academic merit and your suitability for the course. Your status will have no bearing on it.
