I keep get numb cold fingers on my left hand nothing else goes numb or cold sometimes it takes really flapping and shaking and rubbing my hands to get rid of the numbness and warm them up my question is why???
I'm not laying on them sitting on the having them I odd positions I can test my arm on my stomach whilst watching a film and it will go numb I don't get it and it's been a week or so and I'm pretty certain if it were a sign of a heart attack is have already had one not sure what to do to stop it seems so juvenile

It may be down to Reynaulds Syndrome, where your fingers have problems getting the right amount of blood flow.

    Its fairly common, google it.
