    I think its because theres conspiracy theories surrounding it because apparently Di Vinci used to take it around with him.

    It's fab. The look in her eyes, the half-smile, the mystery of it.... it's just a sexy painting.

    But, I must say, when I visited it in the Louvre, so many people were crowding around it, almost worshiping it, and I couldn't help but notice the countless other amazing and incredible paintings surrounding it, being ignored. It made me a little sad that people were looking at the most popular piece rather than appreciating the other pieces. That's when I decided it's a little overrated.
