    Hey,
    I've created a user on the UoM accommodation website, and I was sent an email to confirm my email address. After clicking on the confirmation link, a page came up talking about a 6 digit confirmation code which should have automatically appeared, which it did, so I could then click 'confirm code'... I clicked confirm code several times and it says that this account has already been confirmed or what have you, as if I've already done this process and simply need to log in. I try to log in and it says my user doesn't exist...

    Basically I can't confirm my email because it is telling me user is confirmed already, but when i go to sign in it says the opposite.

    What do I do? Is the website playing up for others too?
