    Hi,

Second year LLB student here. Have my exams coming up in 2 weeks and have a question about land law.

We have been told the topics of the land law exam and what style question it will be for example if it is a problem question or essay style.

I want to do Mortgages as my topic and it is a essay style question. Im looking for tips and relevant information on how to answer this for example using building blocks is there any information someone could give me like

Building Block no 1 - Residential Security
Building Block no 5 - Protection of Mortgage Lenders

How would I argue the fors and against for both and what could I include? are they any other building blocks I could use? any major points to pick up on and mention?

I would appreciate this greatly! if someone could help me out
