    Hi everyone,

I'm currently doing A2 AQA ECON3 and ECON4 and I was wondering what will I need to relearn from AS Economics?

Looking at the syllabus, it says I should build my knowledge from AS, but from my A2 notes, it seems that the course already does that. For example, we're expected to know AS/AD graphs, yet with things like exchange rates and unemployment rates, we already carry that knowledge forward.

So, just wondering, do we relearn topics that extend to A2 such as BoP and fiscal/monetary policy, or will I need to EVERYTHING again such as Maximum/Minimum Price and elasticity of demand that's not mentioned in the syllabus?

    Thanks in advance

Not sure what all of this is about? Head here to find out more.

I am doing the same board and I will revise elasticity,Market and government failure, AD/AS diagrams, unemployment, exchange rates.
Unit 4 econ is basically a bit more detailed unit 2 + globalisation and the EU.

You'll need pretty much everything, as A2 is a continuation (in a lot more detail) from AS. However, you should start to remember all the stuff from AS as you go through the A2, so it shouldn't be too hard.
