Just cut out alcohol, pizza, crisps and chocolate, and any other junk, and it just fell off!

I dont drink, and i eat healthy but i still have me wobbley bits! Thats not fair :frown: lol

i dont drink, smoke, or anytihng bad, i eat healthy an i dont drink fizzy drinks and cutting out fizzy and dairy (cause im lactose intolerant) made me lose a stone an a half, im now size 8
