Hello everyone! I am new here, and I would like your opinion in a matter.
I currently hold an offer for the Mphil in Energy Technologies at Cambridge. I am an international student. I was hoping to get a certain scholarship, but I failed. Now I plan on getting a student loan for 35,000 pounds to cover a 1 year stay. Do you think it is worth it? Do you think I will be able to repay the loan after I graduate (let's assume I work in the UK after I graduate). I plan on getting a scholarship for a PhD, but I am willing to take a loan now for the MPhil because I know that the hardest part in postgraduate studies, financially, is getting started.
    Thank you everyone in advance!!

Just make sure your degree guarantees quick employability. I wouldn't recommend this course of action to someone doing e.g. a humanities subject. (I am a humanities student myself, just for the record)
