I'm looking into universities and courses but I'm new to it and I'm worried I'm missing something I should be looking out for, what things do I need to consider when choosing a uni/course?

Course:
- specific course structure
- the range of choices you will be able to make/how well the modules suit you
- is there a year abroad/in industry (if this is important to you?)
- how is it assessed? Coursework/exams?

University:
- Location - big city or town. By the sea. Near home.
- Campus or city based
- Accommodation - what choices are there, location, cost, catered/self-catered
- Facilities - Library, gym
- Cost - tuition fees, living costs, bursaries and scholarships available.

This is all I can think of right now, but if I come up with any more I'll be sure to say.

Hey I totally get where you're coming from on this one. Here are a few things to think about: Course quality and structure (if you're gonna be doing it for 4 years its worth looking into this majorly), cost and quality of accommodation and living expenses, distance from home (because travel fees can be a pain), location (do you actually like it???), assessment (how?), opportunities for extension (year in industry, year abroad, masters etc), scholarships that might be available to you . Hope this helps and don't worry it'll be fine
