The best thing to do is bring it all back up. Not very nice at the time, but then it can't do any damage
He who speaks from experience... I don't need to drink much to get a bad hangover - hence i really do try and keep away from the drink. The only problem is my parents keep holding dinner parties and... (this emoticon is so cute....!)

i'm like that too- i'm normally fine on wine + i didn't even mix my drinks yesterday at all (v unlike me)

i've also developed a complete intolerance to vodka recently... which sucks. even the smell makes me feel ill.

I actually did that. McDonalds breakfast first thing in the morning after sleeping over at an afterparty isn't the best nor the wisest thing to do, especially when you puke all that crap up once you get home. Urgh.
That is exactly what happened although all mine went on this road in Edinburgh

I'm never touching McDonalds again after that.

Eat some yoghurt.
Actually, I've heard that aswel, apparently, it lines your stomach

Either way, yogurt is nice anyway so you might aswell eat some!

in some places on the continent they take a shot of olive oil before drinking, it think it helps protect the stomach lining from the alcohol. I dunno if it will help with hangovers, must try it sometime.
