drink water upside down... it always stops it 4me... i dont know how to explain it.. you lean forward and drink from the oposite side of the glas that you normaly would do and drink it like that... does that even make sense!??

you see I've heard that if you have some one say "grape fruit" to you then they will go away. I have also heard if you massage your ear lobes they'll also go away. But those haven't worked for me.
