Private accommodation in London.

Hello,
I have a simple question regarding private accommodation in London.
How much will it cost me per month or per week to rent a studio apartment
(1 bedroom, kitchen, bathroom) in London?
Could you also suggest any websites that would be helpful with finding accommodation in London?

Unfortunately I have to say that I have already noticed this website.
I hope it's not the best one out there, because it only displays 2 results for the
search terms London 1 bedroom.

You also have to register to see the details about an apartment

Any other suggestions please.

You could try www.gumtree.com - there always seems to be a fair bit of choice on there. If you know the area that you want to live in then you could do a search for local lettings/estate agencies, but a good tip is to go to the offices in person rather than just call them, as some places REALLY don't like letting to students. I found that if you go into the offices and introduce yourself, if they like the look of you you're more likely to be able to look at the more decent places.

As for prices, you're probably looking at at least one hundred pounds per week for a studio room with a shared bathroom, although you'll get a better idea when you start looking.
