Does Dida count as a gcse?

Hi! I was wondering if Dida counted as a GCSE when applying to oxbridge for medicine. Please help

No.

It's not a GCSE, it's a level 2 qualification.

(I've done DiDA too)

SO there is no point of trying to get a distinction. But do Universities see it as a qualification?

I think you should try for the distinction anyway.

They look at all of your qualifications, but they will care a lot more about your AS results than GCSEs anyway.

It is a qualification, so universities will see it as one
It's a qualification, but it isn't a GCSE. I don't know what their policy is, but I don't think they'd see it as a GCSE equivalent since it isn't an academic qualification. I don't think that having a DiDA would have any kind of influence on your application, although do as well as you can because if you don't do well, it might raise some eyebrows when you apply.
